Message	I did the burn out/cut out method on my rear LCAs and it worked pretty well - better than it did on the rear subframe. I ended up not installing them - but the control arm bushings pressed in easily with enough of the supplied ES grease. If you do it you might as well get the arms sand blasted and powder coated while you're at it. Keep 'em from rusting up.
